Non-Trucking Liability Program

The 5Star Non-Trucking Liability Program provides a permanently leased owner/operator with a limited form of liability protection when he/she operates a covered vehicle solely for personal and non-economic purposes. Our Non-Trucking Liability/Physical Damage Program is what you’ve been looking for to round-out your owner/operators’ coverage requirements when not in the business of trucking.

  • Owner/Operators with a Permanent Signed Lease Agreement with a Motor Carrier
  • *Including but not limited to those listed

Program Parameters
  • Specified Perils and Collision
  • $500,000 to $1,000,000 CSL
  • Deductible: $1,000 or $2,500
  • Some territorial restrictions may apply

  • Concrete Aggregate Haulers
  • Hazardous Materials Carriers
  • Livestock
  • Loggers
  • Panel or Cargo Vans
  • Pick-Ups (Hot Shot Units)
  • Nationwide except AK, HI, MA, NH and NY
Submission Requirements
  • Non-Trucking Application must be fully completed for consideration
